Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew.
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on servicing residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure safe, timely arrivals.
- Deliver top-quality applications that improve lawn health.
- Diagnose lawn issues.
- Recommend the most effective solutions.
- Serve as a trusted problem-solver for clients.
- Educate clients, build relationships, and help them discover additional services.
- Help grow accounts and expand services.
- Contribute directly to the success of the company.
- Use both hand-held and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.
- Tackle weeds and help lawns and ornamentals thrive.
- Operate with confidence and integrity by following all state and federal regulations, company policies, and local ordinances.
- Connect with homeowners when present, ask questions, address concerns, and assess current lawn conditions.
