About The Position

This role involves leading the servicing of residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe and timely arrivals, and delivering high-quality applications to improve lawn health. Through an in-depth training program, the applicator will become an expert in diagnosing lawn issues, recommending effective solutions, and serving as a trusted problem-solver for clients. Technicians are expected to educate clients, build relationships, and help them discover additional services, contributing to account growth and company success. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being hands-on, and being part of a growing and exciting company.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
Encourage a positive team atmosphere + willingness to help others

Responsibilities

Utilize both hand-held and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides to manage weeds and promote the health of lawns and ornamentals.
Adhere to all state and federal regulations, company policies, and local ordinances, prioritizing safety and compliance.
Engage with homeowners when present, asking questions, addressing concerns, and assessing current lawn conditions to ensure optimal service delivery.
