About The Position

Joshua Tree Experts is expanding its lawn care services in the Salt Lake City area and seeks an experienced, customer-oriented team member to help build the business. As the division expands, the specialist may have opportunities to train employees, manage routes, oversee technicians, and help lead the lawn care and pest control operation. Performance incentives and opportunities for additional compensation are available for helping grow the business. Compensation is hourly and based on experience. The role requires outdoor physical work in varying weather conditions, direct communication with homeowners, and independent management of a daily service route. The company provides training, professional development, modern equipment, and professional products.
