Requirements

Must pass an IDA State Licensing exam for a commercial operator.
Must have a valid IL driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season (April-September).
Must be able to pass a drug test.
No D.U.I. history.
Must be friendly, care about clients, and feel a tremendous personal responsibility to provide excellent quality.

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest/disease treatments per industry standards.
Assess lawns and provide treatment program estimates and recommendations.
Maintain service truck, handle chemicals safely, and prepare solutions following safety guidelines.
Educate clients on treatments, address concerns, and offer lawncare advice.
Keep detailed records of services performed and products used.
Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and state/local regulations.
