Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or professional office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general office equipment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception, conference room, and common areas
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparation
- Scan, copy, organize, and file documents
- Deliver and retrieve documents from banks, post offices, and other local businesses
- Purchase and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative projects
- Perform other office-related duties as needed
