Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • A minimum of two years’ related experience in a law firm or corporate legal department environment required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to efficiently organize files and manage workflow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with iManage, FileSite, and Aderant preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare conflict information for submission to the Conflicts Department.
  • Draft retainer agreements for final review and approval.
  • Manage file organization, including opening and closing files in accordance with departmental protocols.
  • Enter and maintain client contact information in the Interaction database.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed, including assembling packages and correspondence.
  • Assist with month-end billing processes.
  • Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the marketing department, coordinating and representing the firm at events such as seminars, trade shows, workshops, and webinars.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
