About The Position

This position involves pulling and shipping products, generating invoices, and other customer service duties. It is a team-oriented environment working with inside and outside sales staff. The role includes processing Police Department orders, working with Accounting to ensure proper invoicing, tracking shipped orders for delivery issues, updating customers with order statuses, and managing inventory as it arrives. The associate will also perform other duties and special projects assigned by management, follow company procedures and policies, and enforce safety, health, and security rules.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Above-average knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, Point of Service Systems; Internet Software
  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
  • Frequently required to walk
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
