About The Position
Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Law Clerk for hire who has experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation. This Law Clerk will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law to qualify for an interview. Experience in Initial Client Intake to Writing Demands to Negotiating Settlements is what this position entails. Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation skills are required to be successful in this position. You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should have leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own caseload. This is a great opportunity for someone waiting to take the Nevada Bar exam as you could transition into an Attorney position once you pass the Bar.
