This role provides legal support for NASW’s Legal Defense Fund. The law clerk will engage in activities such as researching and preparing articles and guidance for members on emerging legal and social policy topics, assisting in researching and planning webinars, drafting comments on proposed regulations, and researching and drafting analyses regarding legislative and policy issues affecting social work practice. The clerk will also attend team and LDF board meetings, offering legal perspectives and recommendations.
