About The Position

National Indemnity Company is seeking a law clerk for the Spring & Summer of 2027. Requirements

• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Current law student who will have completed at least one year of law school by August 2026.
• In the Top 25% of his or her law school class.
• Able to provide official Law School transcripts of at least first year.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates in the Top 10% of their class.
• Candidates with law review.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis.
• Drafting of memoranda and other legal documents.
