About The Position

Drury Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for guests. The position involves washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. The Laundry Attendant will also ensure the laundry area is kept clean and organized, maintain stock and inventory, and may be asked to assist with cleaning rooms or public spaces when needed. A key aspect of the role is ensuring an exceptional guest experience through courteous and friendly service, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

Ability to follow verbal directions.
Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures.
Thorough knowledge of laundry supplies.
Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and tear and stains.
Ensuring the laundry area is kept clean and organized.
Maintaining stock and inventory.
Assisting with cleaning rooms/public space when needed.
Providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude.
