Laundry Attendant
About The Position
Hilton Garden Inn-Buffalo Airport is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join their team! A Laundry Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens and towels for the hotel. This role involves tending to laundering machines to clean articles such as sheets, towels, and other linen. The attendant will inspect linen to locate stained or torn items, record counts for discarded linen, and fold, stack, and place towels, sheets, and other linen in appropriate storage bins. Additionally, they will check stock and notify the supervisor of supply needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 Years Experience in hotel housekeeping
- Customer service skills and team player
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for 8 hour shift
- Able to lift 25 to 50 lbs loading linen into machines
