About The Position

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is seeking to fill Laundry Attendant positions for full-time, peak load temporary employment. This role involves performing all stages of linen processing, cleaning laundry areas and machines, folding and storing bags, assisting in inventories, operating laundry equipment, and moving/lifting heavy items. The resort offers a dynamic and exciting work environment with comprehensive training and mentoring, fostering a culture of respect, gratitude, and empowerment. This is a temporary position from May 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027.

Requirements

• No prior experience or education is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Workers are subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
• Workers are subject to pre-employment criminal background checks, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
• Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Applicants must complete an employment application.
• Conversational English Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of linen processing (i.e. sorting and weighing soiled and unsoiled linens).
• Clean laundry area & machines.
• Fold and store valet and laundry bags.
• Assist in laundry inventories.
• Operate washer & dryers equip.
• Move & lift large, heavy items such as linen, linen carts, or bags of linen.
