About The Position
The DelMonte Hotel Group, a reputable, family-owned business headquartered in Rochester, NY, is seeking experienced and driven candidates for a Laundry Attendant position. As an industry leader, DelMonte Hotel Group develops, owns, and operates award-winning properties across five states. The Laundry Attendant plays a key role in ensuring guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality throughout their stay. The main objective of this role is to ensure all hotel linens, terry, and associate uniforms are cleaned, processed, and maintained to meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards. This involves performing all aspects of the laundry process, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens, while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laundry facility in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, supporting housekeeping and overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all hotel linens, terry, and associate uniforms are cleaned, processed, and maintained to meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards
- Perform all aspects of the laundry process, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laundry facility in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Support hotel operations by performing all aspects of the laundry process
- Support housekeeping and overall hotel operations to ensure a positive guest and associate experience
