About The Position
This is a full-time, seasonal role ending October 20, 2026. The starting wage for this role is $15.75/hour. Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout a shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push or pull carts weighing up to 400 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot laundry plant environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial laundry, housekeeping, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset but not required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Sort, process, fold, and prepare linens for distribution using commercial laundry equipment.
- Operate washers, dryers, ironers, and folding machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain production and quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspect linens for quality and ensure items are clean, pressed, and presentation-ready.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow established operating procedures.
- Consistently meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Provide assistance to teammates and support overall laundry operations as needed.
- Contribute wherever required and assist with a variety of operational duties.
