About The Position

The Laundry Attendant is part of the “Heart of the House” team and helps provide a clean, fresh, and consistent experience by ensuring linens meet company standards. The role operates and monitors laundry equipment, processes and organizes linens, maintains clean work areas and equipment, supports linen inventory, and delivers clean linens to housekeeping. The attendant follows safety procedures, reports maintenance or linen concerns, responds to team and guest needs, and assists with additional housekeeping duties as needed. The schedule must be flexible and includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment, including using chemicals properly.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens according to fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load and unload machines, select appropriate cycles, and ensure items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment, including lint traps and filters.
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
