About The Position

Solitude Resort Lodging is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Laundry & Housekeeping Support Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. In this essential role, you will ensure that our laundry operations run smoothly and that Room Attendants are fully equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences. From processing linens and stocking supplies to stripping rooms and maintaining inventory, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly support the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This position offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful mountain setting and be part of a dedicated team that values teamwork, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working morning and evening shifts
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to operational needs
• Commitment to Solitude’s grooming and uniform standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in all interactions
• Process guest room linens and towels, fold and stock items in designated housekeeping closets
• Launder and distribute pool towels across various resort locations
• Stock housekeeping closets with toiletries, room supplies, and other essentials
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry room environment
• Assist with stripping vacant rooms promptly after guest departures
• Remove soiled linens and trash from housekeeping closets
• Conduct inventory checks for guest room supplies, cleaning products, and chemicals as requested
• Empty trash containers throughout the building as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support lodging operations
