About The Position

Belden's flagship early career development program, Launch, is designed for curious and driven graduates seeking to accelerate their careers in the industrial technology industry. Over three years, participants will engage in multiple rotational assignments across cross-functional teams, take ownership of high-impact projects, and develop essential technical, business, and professional skills. The program prepares graduates for experienced professional roles within Belden, fostering continued growth and impact. The Operations track specifically focuses on the functions that ensure Belden meets its customer promises, including global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and logistics, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery at the right cost. Potential rotations within this track include Supply Chain Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Process Engineer, and Supply Demand Analyst, with opportunities in various locations across the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field completed within the past two years or with an anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027.
  • Related project or work experience in supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, manufacturing processes/process engineering.
  • Exposure to data analytics, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or structured problem solving.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Initiative, accountability, and a bias for action.
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to secure employment in the US. Sponsorship is not provided.
