Launch Program: Finance Track
About The Position
Belden's flagship early career development program, Launch, is designed for curious, driven graduates seeking to accelerate their careers in the industrial technology industry. Over three years, participants will rotate across cross-functional teams, take ownership of high-impact projects, and develop essential technical, business, and professional skills. The Finance track specifically partners with various segments of the company and offers expertise centers. Potential rotations include Cost Accountant, Treasury Analyst, Finance Specialist, and Corporate Finance Analyst, with opportunities in multiple locations such as Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; St. Louis, MO; and Chicago, IL. Upon successful completion, graduates transition into experienced professional roles within Belden.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field completed within the past two years or with an anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027.
- Related internship or project work with hands-on experience in Excel and analytical tools, financial modeling, variance analysis, and/or data-driven research with real business output.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
- High learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
- Initiative, accountability, and a bias for action.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.
