Launch Operations Manager

Landing•Atlanta, GA
•$70,000 - $74,996

About The Position

Landing is hiring a Launch Operations Manager for its Field Operations team to manage new-property launches across East Coast markets. The manager turns empty units into move-in-ready furnished homes, generally within about two weeks, and hands completed units off to the local team. The role coordinates the removal, shipment, and installation of furniture and fixtures, manages vendors and on-site crews, and ensures launches meet schedule, budget, and Landing’s quality standards. It is a hands-on position that includes directing contractors on-site and personally helping with work when needed. The role may manage 3–5 simultaneous projects, with each project involving 5–50 furnished units. The manager develops vendor relationships, negotiates prices, tracks launch costs, trains crews on Landing’s standards, communicates project status and blockers, and conducts final unit inspections. The position offers a growth path into Landing’s Field Operations leadership team.
