Lateral Police Officer
About The Position
The Florence Police Department is accepting applications for a Lateral Police Officer who is a certified peace officer. Starting pay is $35.24 per hour, equivalent to approximately $73,308 annually, plus an additional $4,653 per year for employees eligible under KLEFPF. Salary depends on years of experience. Applicants interested in lateral pay must have at least two years of full-time employment with a state, county, or municipal police or sheriff’s department, or a similar agency such as an airport or university.
