About The Position
This role involves greeting and seating guests, taking orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and processing payments. The server will also prepare desserts and beverages, clear and reset tables, and perform side work duties. Occasional assistance to other service staff may be required. The position requires the ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 4-8 hour shift. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Greets and seats guests.
- Applies suggestive selling techniques.
- Records orders.
- Ensures prompt placement of orders.
- Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Removes unneeded dishes and utensils.
- Prepares desserts and beverages for guests.
- Clears remaining items from tables.
- Cleans and resets tables.
- Collects payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures and adheres to guest check control policy.
- Performs cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned.
- Periodically assists other service personnel.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
