About The Position

This role involves providing excellent service to guests during late-night shifts. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining guest satisfaction. The position also requires preparing desserts and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, handling payments accurately, and performing various side work duties. The server will also assist other team members as needed and perform any other duties assigned by their supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk throughout a 4 - 8 hr. shift.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests.
• Greets guest, applies suggestive selling techniques, records orders, ensures prompt placement of orders, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction, removes unneeded dishes and utensils.
• Prepares desserts and beverages for guests.
• Clears remaining items from tables; cleans and resets tables.
• Collects payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures and adheres to guest check control policy.
• Performs cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned.
• Periodically assists other service personnel.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
