About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Late Night Delivery Driver for its Ellisville location at 345 Clarkson Rd. The driver makes timely and accurate deliveries during night shift hours, representing the organization professionally and safely and ensuring positive customer interactions.

The role includes operating delivery vehicles, planning routes, handling and securing packages, maintaining delivery records, inspecting and keeping vehicles clean, using GPS and delivery management systems, and communicating with dispatch and management. Drivers must follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while meeting delivery schedules and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of defensive driving and commitment to safety compliance.
• Ability to meet strict delivery schedules and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently along assigned routes during night shift hours.
• Plan and execute optimal routes to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, and secure packages and freight in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Use GPS navigation and delivery management systems to ensure accurate package placement.
• Provide professional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve delivery issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Communicate delivery status and obstacles to dispatch and management.
