About The Position
Actively seeking candidates available to work a Full Time schedule at our location in the Heights. This role focuses on providing excellent lash and brow services and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep guests returning. The stylist will perform high-quality eyelash extension services, educate guests on proper care and recommend products, promote products and memberships, generate new clientele, and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 6 months to 1 year experience lashing
- Reliable transportation
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Responsibilities
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
