About The Position

LashKind is a community-oriented beauty collective focused on helping guests look and feel beautiful while supporting the health of their natural lashes and brows. The role performs LashKind’s signature brow and lash services, provides a welcoming guest experience, and contributes to an uplifting, collaborative team environment. Technicians receive training in LashKind’s techniques, ongoing paid education, and opportunities for career advancement. The company provides the tools and products needed and does not require technicians to find their own clients. Each LashKind location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Employment and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee; LashKind Inc. is not the employer and does not control those practices.

Requirements

Hold an up-to-date cosmetology or esthetician license for Texas.
Have experience performing lash and brow services, including facial threading, lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, and waxing.
Have a passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of lash extension experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform LashKind’s signature brow and lash services while prioritizing guests’ lash and brow health.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide expert recommendations that support product sales, service upgrades, and membership sign-ups.
Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities.
Work collaboratively and support teammates.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace.
Perform other store-related duties as assigned.
