About The Position

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions, offering a complete menu of services including eyelash extensions, refills, threading, and more. We are seeking highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow services and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back. We have developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.

Requirements

Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
6 months to 1 year experience lashing
Reliable transportation
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Responsibilities

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
