About The Position

LUUM is seeking experienced lash artists to join its team of beauty professionals working alongside a robotic lash system. The role is suited to artists who are interested in learning a new system, working in a technology-forward environment, and growing with a supportive team. LUUM provides in-depth training on its robotic lash platform. The position combines eyelash-extension expertise with technology to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

Hold a current California esthetician or cosmetology license.
Have at least 100 hours of lash artist experience and provide client references.
Know general sanitation laws and procedures and beauty-industry health and safety standards.
Demonstrate self-reliance and problem-solving skills.
Be able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
Have strong time-management and organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Be reliable and punctual, with a professional work ethic.
Be proficient in classic and volume lash applications.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
Be flexible and available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
Have an interest in innovation and willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ natural lashes and advise them on suitable lash styles and lengths.
Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the lash application process.
Provide lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, sterilize tools, and follow sanitation protocols.
Stay up to date with eyelash-extension trends and techniques.
Provide excellent customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and build strong client relationships.
Apply lashes using LUUM’s robotic lash system after completing training.
