Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Michigan Cosmetology or Esthetician License (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional lash or cosmetology experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques
- Detail-oriented with excellent sanitation and safety practices
Nice To Haves
- Lash Extension Certification preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Sales or retail experience is a plus
- Experience with Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions
- Brow Lamination
- Brow & Lash Tinting
- Sugaring

Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume)
- Provide brow lamination, brow tinting, lash tinting, sugaring, and facial services (as licensed and trained)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for every guest
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend retail products to maintain results
- Upsell services and products when appropriate
- Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate appointment records
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized studio in accordance with state licensing regulations
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill development
- Communicate professionally with clients, management, and team members
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Perform additional duties as assigned
