About The Position

Delta Workforce is hiring an experienced Laser Technician for a manufacturer in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, direct-hire, on-site position on first shift. The role operates and maintains an AMADA fiber laser, troubleshoots equipment, and programs and tunes laser settings to optimize performance. Candidates with programming experience are preferred over operators only. The schedule is four 10-hour days, with flexible hours for a candidate who can troubleshoot AMADA lasers and support programming. Pay starts at $30 per hour and is negotiable.

Requirements

• Experience with AMADA fiber lasers.
• Ability to adjust cutting parameters.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Nice To Haves

• AMADA 4iE programming software experience is strongly preferred.
• Laser programming experience is preferred over operator-only experience.

Responsibilities
