Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Laser Ablation Operator 1st Shift. (Monday – Thursday) from 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime is available as needed. Job Summary: Operate laser ablation machines and test and pack products into bins. Products include and are not limited to WSL and WSK. Job Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
One month to three months experience
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Operator laser ablation machine.
Take finished orders to QC.
Complete required production documentation.
Good organizational skill in order to keep control of orders.
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to be sure parts are packed with printed side up.
Ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions in order to take work directions.
Clean up work area/prepare for following shift
