About The Position

Leading Edge Equipment is hiring Agricultural Technicians for hands-on work diagnosing and repairing John Deere equipment. The role involves using Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools, documenting work accurately, and supporting customers both in the shop and in the field. The company welcomes experienced technicians as well as people starting out and states it will train the right person. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agricultural equipment or pursuing a technician degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Toolset preferred.
• CDL.
• Experience with diagnostic software.
• Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Use Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Support customers in the shop and in the field.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
