About The Position

Leading Edge Equipment is hiring Agricultural Technicians to perform hands-on service work on John Deere equipment in a collaborative environment. The employer will train the right person, including candidates who are just starting out. The role supports customers both in the shop and in the field and requires following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agricultural equipment or pursuit of a technician degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• A toolset is preferred.
• CDL.
• Experience with diagnostic software.
• Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Use Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Support customers in the shop and in the field.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
