Workday is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Education sector. This role involves partnering in business development and selling to prospective key accounts, specifically focusing on the Office of the CFO. The ideal candidate will understand how the future finance function can drive greater business value and translate business strategy into an enabling change strategy. This position is responsible for driving complex sales, operating in a team selling environment, and managing sales cycles for Workday Financial products, including Accounting, Planning, and Expense Management. The Account Executive will lead negotiations, customer agreements, and closing plans, building long-standing relationships with executive-level prospects through consultative selling. They will leverage their expertise in Financials and ERP to drive demand for Cloud Financial Management and position Workday as a viable alternative ERP Financial solution. Collaboration with extended team members and sales/services resources is essential.
