Language Arts Adjunct (Chinese)
About The Position
The Language Arts Division is currently accepting applications for part-time Instructors to teach Chinese courses. Adjunct applications are accepted on a continuous basis for immediate and future hiring needs. Applicants will be contacted if selected for further consideration. Adjunct pools remain open throughout the academic year to support ongoing recruitment for departmental assignments and can close at any time. This position is offered contingent upon funding. GCCD reserves the right to extend, withdraw, and/or reopen this position at any time. Additional openings, for the same position, which become available prior to the end of the hiring process may be filled by qualified applicants that applied to this job announcement.
Requirements
- Master’s in Chinese OR Bachelor’s in Chinese AND Master’s in another language or linguistics OR the equivalent.
- Current resume
- Scanned copy of official transcripts showing completion of required degree must be submitted.
- Foreign transcripts and degrees require official certification of equivalency to U.S. transcripts and degrees by a certified U.S. review service at the time of application.
