Requirements

Employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position.
Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
Frequent exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites including high noise level in the work environment.
The position may work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, not limited to heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Position lifts or carries objects up to 50 pounds.
Stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions; employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects.
Position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
Driving an AWP vehicle and/or being present at an AWP worksite for any reason is considered a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

Perform lane closures on state highways and other roadways.
Redirect traffic for workers or survey crews.
Work independently or as part of a traffic control crew.
Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment.
Ensure the safety of assigned traffic control projects by setting up and taking down lane closures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all.
Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients.

Experienced Hires Signing Bonus - $1,000 at 30 days in role (no discipline or attendance issues)
