About The Position

This role is for a Landscaping Crew Member who enjoys working outside and staying active. The company is looking for reliable people to join their landscaping laborer team. No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided. A key requirement for this position is obtaining and maintaining the appropriate Security Clearance to access the primary worksite, which can be a lengthy process and will be discussed during the interview. The job involves performing various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting, as well as ensuring the worksite is clean and polished upon completion. Requirements

  • No landscaping experience required — full training is provided.
  • Willingness to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate Security Clearance to access the primary worksite.

Responsibilities

  • Mow large lawn areas, edge sidewalks and driveways, and trim around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.
  • Blow off walkways, clear any debris, and ensure the job site looks polished.
  • Reload tools, clean up the work area, and communicate any site notes or equipment issues to the crew leader.
  • Help unload, clean up, and prep for the next day upon returning to the office.
  • Safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
  • Work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Complete tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup with attention to detail.
