About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to maintain the appearance, health, and cleanliness of outdoor spaces across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working outdoors, and can travel between assigned properties while delivering high-quality landscaping services.

Requirements

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
Work in hot, cold, wet, and humid weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate landscaping machinery and tools.

Nice To Haves

Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance.
Prune trees, shrubs, hedges, and plants.
Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping materials.
Weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools.
Remove leaves, debris, and litter from grounds and walkways.
Apply fertilizer, seed, mulch, and other landscaping products as directed.
Perform seasonal landscaping tasks, including spring and fall cleanups.
Inspect properties for maintenance needs and report issues to supervisors.
Travel between multiple job sites throughout the workday.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Provide courteous and professional service while on client properties.
