We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. Responsibilities of this year-round role include but are not limited to: Supervising and training 2-4 team member crews in all aspects of landscape management, Motivating and inspiring team members daily, Hands-on position requiring weed control, mowing, fertilization application, blowing, trash removal, raking, etc., Collaborating with Operations Managers to schedule, monitor and report daily workloads, Managing the overall quality of assigned commercial landscape properties, Fostering a strong culture of safety, collaboration, teamwork, and excellence on the crew, Safely driving a truck and that may or may not include a trailer, Managing job hours, Basic working knowledge and understanding of irrigation systems.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 1-year experience supervising a landscape maintenance crew with a minimum of 2 employees
Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and bend and stoop on a routine basis
Must have a valid NC Driver's license, pass a pre-employment and annual MVR check, and maintain a good driving record
Must adhere to Granite Hills Group handbook policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
