About The Position

This role involves preparing trucks for the day by loading and securing mowers and other equipment, driving crew members to work sites, and performing various landscape maintenance duties. The position also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating mechanical equipment safely, and passing a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, crouch, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Ability to work some evenings/weekends and during inclement weather.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Crew transportation experience in a landscaping business preferred.
• A minimum of two years of current landscaping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trucks for the day by loading mowers and other equipment onto trucks/trailers, ensuring all equipment is secured.
• Drive crew members to the work site.
• Complete landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, trimming, pruning, and leaf removal.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the work site and equipment.
• Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment.
