Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Experience with snow removal
Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf
- String trimming and edging
- Mulching landscape beds
- Weeding and planting bed maintenance
- Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, and bushes
- Collecting trash and recycling throughout campus
- Assisting with outdoor and indoor event setup, including tables and chairs
- Completing routine grounds maintenance requests
- Maintaining attractive, clean, and safe building entrances
- Responding to weather-related needs, including snow and ice removal
- Identifying and reporting grounds or safety concerns while taking initiative to resolve issues whenever possible
