The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for several apartment communities in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year round individual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation to get to Willow Run Apartments
1 year of professional landscaping experience
Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for several apartment communities in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area for Monarch.
Assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.

$14.00 - $16.00 an hour
