About The Position
Maintain all exterior grounds, including entrances, parking areas, walkways, and landscaped spaces. Ensure the property exterior is clean, free of debris, and visually appealing at all times. Perform lawn care, trimming, pruning, and seasonal planting. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in outdoor guest areas. Monitor and maintain outdoor lighting, signage areas, and property features. Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Operate landscaping equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Follow all company policies, including safety and guest service standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to interact professionally with guests when needed.
- Maintain a valid Nooksack Gaming Agency License.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

- Prior landscaping or facilities maintenance experience preferred
