Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Landscaper to join their team at Skamania Lodge, a Pacific Northwest resort. This role involves maintaining the grounds of the resort, including the golf course, landscaped areas, and outdoor guest spaces. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn - training provided
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable operating small equipment and hand tools safely
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive bending, kneeling, lifting, and manual labor
- Available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Maintain the golf course by mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using turf equipment
- Repair divots and ball marks to preserve course quality
- Assist with daily course setup, including hole changes and tee marker placement
- Support irrigation tasks such as hand-watering, hose management, and system checks
- Maintain landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and pruning
- Care for flower beds, planters, shrubs, and trees throughout the property
- Assist with planting and seasonal landscape enhancements
- Keep walkways, patios, and outdoor guest areas clean and well maintained
- Operate utility vehicles, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds equipment safely
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Report equipment issues and hazards promptly
- Support golf course events, special projects, and other grounds-related duties as assigned
