About The Position
Responsible for the care of all interior and exterior landscaping. This includes planting flowers, mowing, pulling weeds, and maintenance of artificial plants.
Requirements
- High school education
- 1 year minimum work experience in landscaping
- Knowledge of sprinkler systems
- Minimum age requirement is 18
Responsibilities
- Performs ground keeping and building maintenance duties
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass shrubs and bushes as needed.
- Apply fertilizer to enhance growth as needed
- Knowledge of Irrigation Systems
- Knowledge of herbicides and pesticides
- Sweep walkways of debris
- Trim trees and palms as needed.
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds as needed.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in department
- Rake, mulch and prune the grounds as needed
- Ability to occasionally work in high places
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
