The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 6 apartment communities in the Muskegon, Michigan area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year round individual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
1 year of professional landscaping experience
Snow plowing experience required

Responsibilities

Responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 6 apartment communities in the Muskegon, Michigan area for Monarch.
Assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.
