About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join the team at Naples Grande Beach Resort. This role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency of the resort's grounds, contributing to a world-class guest experience. The Landscaper will perform routine labor related to maintenance and landscaping, working outdoors and collaborating with various team members. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning within a renowned hospitality property.

Responsibilities
- Operate powered equipment for mowing resort ground turf areas.
- Water and fertilize turf areas and planting beds.
- Grade and prepare soil for planting beds, lay sod, and plant vegetative material.
- Assist in cultivation practices for all turf areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and/or renovation tasks.
- Conduct various labor duties including string trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks.
- Support irrigation maintenance duties such as trimming irrigation heads and valves, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks.
- Operate mechanical loaders for moving soil, debris, and other materials.
- Support the mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment.
- Participate as support staff on special projects.
- Report all landscaping abnormalities such as damage, disease, insects, or debris.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Assist in housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.
