About The Position

Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to maintain and install landscaping at hospitals in the Miami area, including the Hialeah area. The role involves physical labor, use of landscaping tools and equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The schedule is Monday through Friday and weekends, with a 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift. Pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field.
Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of gardening or landscaping experience.
Knowledge of local plant species and landscaping techniques.
Certification in horticulture, landscape maintenance, or pesticide application.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, trim, prune, and weed landscaped areas.
Install sod, plants, trees, and shrubs as directed.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Lay mulch, gravel, or decorative stones to enhance garden and yard aesthetics.
Identify and treat common plant diseases and pest issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, supplies, and work areas.
Follow safety procedures and report hazards or damages.
