About The Position

DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management (APM) division is hiring a full-time Landscaper. APM provides landscaping, facilities management, and construction services to DATTCO divisions and external customers. This role maintains and landscapes DATTCO properties, maintains equipment, responds to facilities requests and emergencies, and participates in winter work projects. The position requires a flexible schedule, with stated hours of Monday through Friday, 0700–1530.

Requirements

• High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent.
• Experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Experience with commercial mowing equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule; stated hours are Monday through Friday, 0700–1530.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage and organize priorities.

Responsibilities

• Landscape all DATTCO properties.
• Ensure equipment is repaired and maintained.
• Help solve problems related to maintenance.
• Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work independently and with other team members.
• Participate in winter work projects, including snow plowing, shoveling, and snow removal.
• Respond to maintenance requests from the Facilities Manager.
• Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed.
• Maintain daily attendance at work.
