About The Position
River Landing at Sandy Ridge is seeking a hard-working, team player to join their Golf & Grounds department. This is a full-time landscaping position for someone who enjoys working outdoors. River Landing is a continuing care retirement community and golf course in North Carolina, offering a caring work environment.

Responsibilities
- Repairs and maintains grounds and equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications, using hand and power tools.
- Maintains access by removing debris from all building entrances.
- Cuts and trims grass as directed.
- Prunes trees and shrubs as directed.
- Maintain landscaped areas as designed.
- Replaces damaged or dead plants as directed.
- Help install new equipment and machinery.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance checks on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
- May be on call as needed.
- Assist in other tasks as directed by supervisor.
